“New Me” is a song by the Japanese sister duo kitri, and I interpret it as a story of being reborn. Inspired by myths where death becomes a passage to renewal, my music video reimagines the protagonist’s fall and fight as a ritual of transformation. As she descends, parts of her old self break away, and the battle becomes a confrontation with what she has been carrying. By the end, rebirth is a  choice to rise with a new body, a new rhythm, and a new way of seeing.
